Dr. Lara Rodriguez Sanchez’s visit
Dr. Lara Rodriguez Sanchez from Spain visited our department that is an ERUS certified robotic urology training center through the European Association of Urology Scholarship Programme (EUSP) for 1-month in July 2021 to have training on robotic urology. During her stay, she had hands-on training using Da Vinci robotic simulators, observed our robotic urology cases via dual console and assisted some of them as a bed-side assistant. She also observed robotic radical prostatectomy cases performed by Martini-Klinik technique and intraoperative frozen pathologic evaluation of the prostate with our uro-pathologists. At the end of her visit, Dr. Lara Rodriguez Sanchez stated that her visit was very useful and educational for her robotic urology training.
